Flight Patterns ceiling installation at Kindred Condominiums, Mississauga ON.

Flight Patterns is a celebration of movement, lightness, and the delicate balance between structure and form. Inspired by the graceful, fleeting nature of flight, this installation features 150 thin porcelain pieces, each meticulously folded like paper airplanes, suspended in mid-air. The choice of porcelain reflects my commitment to pushing the boundaries of this versatile material, transforming it into something that conveys both fragility and strength. The installation invites viewers to reflect on the ephemeral moments in life, capturing a sense of freedom and exploration while grounding it in the timeless elegance of handcrafted ceramics.

Petal Wall Installation

Collaboration with Studio Alvo for the Westinbook Cadillac Hotel in Detroit, MI.

202 petals were fabricated and installed by artist in the reception area of the Westinbook Cadilac Hotel.

2022

Framed Porcelain Leaves

Collaboration with James Robertson Art Consulting ltd.

Fabrication of 60 porcelain leaves to be framed individually for the Four Seasons Hotel in Whistler, BC.

2017 - 2018 

Framed Porcelain Rose Petals

Collaboration with James Robertson Art Consulting ltd.

Over 400 individual porcelain rose petals were fabricated to be framed for offices in Kuwait and residences in Taiwan.

Framed Boston Ivy Leaves

Collaboration with James Robertson Art Consulting ltd.

Created 300 Boston Ivy porcelain leaves that were arranged and framed for the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston, MA.

Framed Porcelain Plates

Collaboration with James Robertson Art Consulting ltd.

Created 38 Porcelain plates with Cobalt wash finish for the Four Seasons Hotel in Dubai, UAE.

Porcelain Crown installation

Created 10 porcelain crowns approximately 12" wide for installation at the Four Seasons Hotel in Orlando, FL.
