Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on purchases once they have been shipped, delivered or picked up. Returns or Refunds cannot be made on any custom pieces or commissions ordered by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We handle our products with care and ensure that each piece is packaged appropriately for shipping; however, sometimes things happen in transit that are out of our control. Please follow the instructions below.
Send photos of the damaged product and packaging (the exterior condition of the box) to filipa.m.pim@gmail.com. We will contact you within 24 hours with the next steps on handling the damaged items. Please keep your purchase items and packaging until you receive an email reply from us.
