Shipping policy

 In stock items ship via standard ground delivery within 48 hours. At this time we only ship within Canada and the United States. Standard shipping rates vary and are calculated at check out. Typical delivery timeline is between 5-10 business days from the time the shipment leaves our facility. Expedited shipping is available upon request, please email filipa.m.pim@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at filipa.m.pim@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Order pick up is available at our studio.  Orders are typically ready within 24 hours for pick up.  You will receive an email notification when you order is ready.  

We do not accept accept returns or exchanges once our product has shipped, been delivered or picked up at our studio. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at filipa.m.pim@gmail.com with your order number and a photos of the item’s condition and condition of the box. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
